摘 要:川渝地区须家河地层研磨性强、硬度高、可钻性差、单只钻头进尺低、钻头消耗量大、机械钻速低、钻井成本高、针对上述难题,采用自主研发的涡轮钻具配合孕镶金刚石钻头钻井技术。经龙岗X1井的现场试验,单只钻头进尺392 m,纯钻时间240 h,平均机械钻速2.73 m/h,与邻井同层钻头对比,机械钻速提高95%以上,单只钻头平均进尺提高了334.1%。试验结果表明,涡轮配合孕镶金刚钻头钻井技术在强研磨性地层具有较好的提速效果,可为川渝、新疆等地区强研磨性地层钻井提速提供技术支持。Due to difficulties in drilling Xujiahe formation at east Sichuan-Chongqing area,such as high abrasiveness,high rigidity,poor drillability,low drilling footage/bit,too many bits used,low ROP and high drilling cost,the self-developed drilling technology of combining turbodrill with impregnated diamond bit is applied in this area. After applying the technique in Well Longgang X1,the footage of single bit reached 392 m,net drilling time reached 240 hours,average ROP reached 2. 73 m/h.Compared with the performance of PDC bit and cone bit in the same formation of the offset well,the ROP is increased by over95% and average drilling footage of single bit increased by 334.1%,which proves that the drilling technology of combining turodrill with impregnated diamond bit provides excellent in ROP improvement in highly abrasive formation,therefore,it can provide technical support for drilling speed improvement in highly abrasive formations at Sichuan,Chongqing and Xinjiang areas.
