摘  要:桩西油田桩斜169块属裂缝性碳酸盐岩储层,采用打孔筛管完井,油层埋藏深、地层温度高、油层跨度大,采用常规盐酸笼统酸压工艺易导致酸岩反应速度快、酸压不均匀。为此,评价了高温酸化缓蚀剂,优选出了黏度高、穿透能力强的胶凝酸配方,优化了耐高温压裂液配方。在此基础上,开展了均衡酸压工艺优选以及参数优化,形成了针对桩斜169块高温、深层、大跨度油井前置压裂液+胶凝酸多级交替注入的定点射流深度均衡酸压工艺。现场应用表明,新型酸压工艺沟通了储层远处的天然裂缝,实现了纵向各层的均衡改造,取得了较好的改造效果,为桩斜169块后续投产井的酸压改造提供了有效的技术支撑。Zhuangxie 169 block in Zhuangxi oilfield belongs to fractured carbonate reservoir,with deep buried depth,high formation temperature and large formation span. The perforated screen completion is used in this block. The conventional general acid fracturing with hydrochloric acid is easy to cause fast acid-rock reaction speed and uneven acid pressure. The high temperature acidizing corrosion inhibitor is evaluated to obtain the formula of gelled acid with high viscosity and good penetration,and the formula of high temperature fracturing fluid is optimized. In addition,the optimization of equilibrium acid fracturing technology and the optimization of parameters are carried out. The depth balanced acid fracturing and jet at fixed points with alternated pre-fracturing fluid and gelled acid is developed for Zhuangxie 169 block with high temperature,deep formation and large formation span. Field applications show that the new acid fracturing technology has communicated the natural fractures far away from the reservoir,realized the balanced transformation of the vertical layers,achieved better results,which provides effective technical support for acid fracturing of the subsequent production wells at Zhuangxie 169 block.
