摘 要:利用开顶式生长室模拟增温,研究了气温变暖对滇杨和川杨株高、生物量、芽数量、抗氧化酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量及净光合速率等的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,增温增加了滇杨和川杨平均株高、干质量、平均节间长度,但川杨增加不显著;增温显著降低了滇杨和川杨叶片抗氧化酶活性,提高了游离脯氨酸含量,同时川杨的可溶性糖含量降低,而滇杨丙二醛含量显著升高;增温显著提高滇杨和川杨净光合速率、总叶绿素、叶绿素a和b含量,但川杨中叶绿素含量的增加更显著。因此,滇杨和川杨可以通过提高脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量、净光合速率等方式,适应温度变化;从2种杨树对增温的响应差异来看,高海拔川杨对气候变暖在生理上有更好的适应性。Open-top chambers( OTC) were used to simulate temperature enhancement to explore the effects of global warming on plant height,biomass,the number of buds,antioxidant enzyme,free proline and net photosynthetic rate of Populus yunnanensis and P. szechuanica. Results showed that the average height,dry weight,and average internode length were increased in both P. yunnanensis and P. szechuanica in comparison with CK,whereas a significant increase was not observed in P. szechuanica. POD activity in leaves of P. yunnanensis and P. szechuanica was significantly decreased while free proline content was significantly increased. At the same time,the soluble sugar content in leaves of P. szechuanica was significantly redcued,in contrast,the MDA concentration in leaves of P. yunnanensis was significantly increased. Under the warming conditions,net photosynthetic rate( Pn),total chlorophyll as well as chlorophyll content were increased in both P. yunnanensis and P. szechuanica. Furthermore,the changes of chlorophyll content in P. szechuanica were more significant. As a result,it could be concluded that P. yunnanensis and P. szechuanica were able to adapt to temperature enhancement through internal adjustment,as manifested by increases of proline and chlorophyll as well as Pn. The different responses between P. yunnanensis and P. szechuanica to temperature enhancement indicated that P. szechuanica from the high-altitude might physiologically better adapt to global warming.
