摘 要:应用ABAQUS有限元软件,对单向纤维增强复合材料板Ⅰ型裂纹进行分析,计算了当裂纹与材料纤维方向的夹角分别为0°、30°、60°、90°时裂纹尖端应力场,利用切向比正应力准则预测了裂纹的扩展方向,分析影响裂纹扩展的因素。结果表明:裂尖附近应力集中现象明显,应力随着裂尖距离增大迅速减小;裂尖处最大Mises应力和最大切向比正应力所在方位均为纤维方向,裂纹沿着纤维方向扩展;裂纹与纤维的夹角越小或缝高比越大裂纹越容易扩展。The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the crack-tip stress field of the unidirectional fibre-reinforced composite plate mode I cracks,as we took the angle of the crack edge with the fiber orientation to be 0°,30°,60° and 90° respectively. The tangential normal stress intensity factor ratio criterion was applied to predict the direction of crack propagation and the factors to influence the crack propagation were discussed.The results showed that the stress concentration at the crack tip was obvious,and the stress decreased rapidly with the increase of distance from the crack tip. The orientations of the maximum Mises stress and the maximum tangential normal stress intensity factor ratio were the fiber orientation,the crack would grow along the fiber orientation.The crack was liable to extend with the decrease of angle of the crack edge and the fiber orientation or the increase of crack-depth ratio.
