摘　　要：当前,校园欺凌问题已经成为社会各界争论的焦点。在社会各界的共同努力下,治理校园欺凌取得了一定的成效。然而,人们更多关注的是对施暴者的惩戒以及围绕施暴者做出完善相关制度与机制的建议,对于受害者权益的保护以及从受害者的视角出发研究校园欺凌,却少有人提及。因此,有必要着重关注校园欺凌中的受害者,从受害者的角度分析其被害性,维护和保障校园欺凌受害者的合法权益,帮助已经遭受或正在遭受校园欺凌的受害者走出困境。At present,the problem of campus bullying has become the focus of controversy in all walks of life.With the concerted efforts of all sectors of society,the management of campus bullying has yielded be crowned with success.However,more attention has been paid to the punishment of perpetrators and suggestions on perfecting related system and mechanism.Nevertheless,few people have mentioned the protection of victims’ rights and the study of campus bullying from the perspective of victims.Therefore,it is necessary to pay close attention to the victims of campus bullying and to analyze their victimity from the perspective of the victim.Then it explores how to safeguard and protect the legitimate rights of victims in campus bullying so as to help the victims who have suffered or are suffering from campus bullying to get out of their predicament.
