摘  要:土石堤坝抗风险能力相对较差,亟需开发一种经济环保并具有较高安全度的替代坝型。顺江堰和猫猫河山塘工程是我国建成的为数不多的胶凝砂砾石永久性工程。针对这两座永久性工程的应用实践,运用有限单元法和材料力学法进行了稳定和应力分析,通过最粗和最细级配砂砾石的包络线进行材料配合比设计及施工工艺工序控制,基于超宽带物联网技术建立了数字化质量监控平台,并进行了综合投资经济性比较。结果表明,新坝型与传统坝型相比,胶凝砂砾石梯形断面应力均匀,非正常工况下的抗剪断安全系数可达到5以上,28 d抗压强度大于6 MPa,施工速度和施工质量相对易达标,综合投资比混凝土坝节省10%左右。新坝型通过就地取材、废物利用,在生态环保、经济合理、施工便捷等方面具有一定优势。As the risk-resistance capacities of earth-rockfill embankment and dam are relatively poor,an economical and environment-friendly substitutive dam type with high safety is necessary to be developed. The projects of Shunjiang Weir and Maomaohe Mountain Pool are two projects within the few permanent projects built with cemented sand and gravel in China. For the applications and practices of both the projects,the stability and stress analyses are made with finite element method and material mechanics method,in which the material mixture ratio design and construction technology and process control are carried out through the thickest and thinnest envelope lines of the graded sand-gravel,the relevant digitalized quality monitoring and control platform is established based on the Ultra Wideband( UWB) network technology,while comprehensive investment economic comparison is made as well. The result shows that comparing the new type of dam with the conventional one,the stress on the cemented sand and gravel trapezoidal cross-section is uniform and the shear-resistance safety factor under an abnormal working condition can reach over 5 with the compressive strength of 28 d being larger than 6 MPa,while the construction speed and quality are relatively easy to be achieved and the comprehensive investment can be saved by about 10% than that of concrete dam. Through obtaining raw materials locally and waste recycling,the new type of dam has a certain advantage in the aspects of eco-environment protection,economic feasibility,convenient construction,etc.
