摘  要:为对双排桩支护结构设计参数进行优化设计,以成都某基坑工程为背景,对双排桩的受力性状进行研究,结合有限元分析软件对原基坑模型进行实体建模,并利用监测对比验证原模型的可行性。此后,对双排桩支护结构的受力性状包括双排桩的排距、后排桩桩距、桩身刚度、土体性质和前后桩长不等的情况进行建模对比分析,提出非等长双排桩的设计思路,研究其最优设计参数。结果显示:前后桩长不等的情况下,后排桩的桩长变化比前排桩更能影响支护结构的位移和内力,且随着后排桩桩长的增加,对支护结构的影响逐渐较小;此时的后排桩长度为最优长度,能体现出该支护设计的经济性。结合监测数据验证了方案的合理性,为非等长双排桩支护结构在基坑中的应用提供工程经验,并为进一步的优化设计提供理论支持。对比研究发现:非等长双排桩支护结构能较好的控制基坑变形,且在同等条件下,非等长双排桩支护结构不仅节省大量工程材料,减少工程造价,并且缩短了施工时间,具有明显的工程应用价值。In order to optimize the design parameters of the supporting structure with double-row pile,the stress behavior of the pile is studied herein by taking a foundation pit project in Chengdu as the background,for which an entity modeling is made for the original foundation pit model in combination with the finite element analysis software concerned,and then the feasibility of the original model is comparatively verified with the relevant monitoring data. After that,the stress behavior of the supporting structure with the double-row pile including the row-space,the pile-space of the back-row pile,stiffness of pile body,soil property and the condition of the non-equal length of both the front-row pile and the back-row pile is comparatively analyzed with modeling,thus the design idea of the double-row pile with non-equal length is put forward,while the relevant optimal design parameters are studied as well. The result shows that under the condition of the non-equal length of both the front-row pile and the back-row pile,more influence is to be come from the variation of the length of the back-row pile on the displacement and the internal force of the supporting structure than that from the front-row pile,while the influence on the supporting structure is to be gradually decreased along with the increase of the length of the back-row pile. At this time,the length of the back-row pile is the optimal length,which can reflect the economy of the supporting design. The reasonability of the design scheme is verified in combination with the relevant monitoring data,and then not only the corresponding engineering experience is provided for the application of the supporting structure consisted of the double-row pile with non-equal length to the construction of foundation pit,but the relevant theoretical support is also provided for the further optimal design concerned.
