摘　　要：本文简要分析了我国大型民用核设施退役面临的困难,提出了以下建议,以厂址无限制开放利用为目标,逐步提升安全退役意识;积极完善退役有关法律法规,依法监督,推动安全高效退役;以环境质量为核心,环评为抓手,提升核设施全周期退役环境影响评估要求;牢记安全是核事业的生命线,提升退役安全;开放进取,学习吸收先进的退役技术和监管经验等。This paper briefly analyzes the difficulties which the decommissioning of large-scale civil nuclear facilities in China face to,and puts some suggestions： to forward the goal of the unrestricted and open utilization of the end-site,and gradually improves the consciousness of security decommissioning,to improve the relevant laws and regulations,promote safe and efficient decommissioning; to improve the environmental impact assessment requirements for the full cycle of nuclear facilities; to keep in mind that safety is the lifeline of the nuclear industry and improve the safety of the decommissioning. to open and enterprise,learn and absorb advanced technology and supervision experience,and so on.
