摘  要:通过分析高温气冷堆反应堆压力容器内壁非开口浅表性缺陷易漏检的原因、对比设计文件及检验和验收标准中的检验规则的不同处,制定防止漏检的措施并进行有效的验证,验证发现核1级厚板超声波检验除标准要求的直射法检验外,需增加斜射法检验才能达到良好的检验效果。Through the analysis of high temperature gas cooled reactor pressure vessel wall closed superficial defects reasons of missing inspection,contrast design documents and inspection and acceptance standard of the inspection rules of differences,formulate the measures to prevent undetection and carrying effective verification,found that the nuclear class 1 plate ultrasonic inspection in addition to the standard requires the direct method of inspection,need to increase the oblique method inspection can achieve good effect.
