摘  要:[目的 /意义]呼吁图书馆员认清当前形式,与时俱进,适时从"服务型"向"学习型"馆员角色转变。[方法 /过程]近期,笔者对南京大学徐雁教授进行了访谈,请他深入解读阅读推广与"学习型"馆员这一主题。[结果 /结论 ]徐教授指出,在全民阅读浪潮下,需要从转变推广理念、调整推广方法、重视读者"自主"阅读的定位三方面引导阅读推广工作的转型。他要求"学习型"馆员具备读中外名著佳作、古今经典好书、爱读书善作书评的基本素养,同时指出书评写作需要包含客观性、互动性、专业性几个要点。[Purpose/significance] The present article appeals to librarians to understand the current situation, keep pace with the times and change their role from offering service to learning. [Method/process] Recently, the author conducted an interview with Professor Xu Yan of Nanjing University, and asked him to interpret the theme of reading promotion and "learningoriented" librarians.[Result/conclusion] Professor Xu suggested that in the national reading movement, guidance should be offered on the transition of reading promotion from three aspects, namely changing the promotion idea, adjusting the promotion method and laying emphasis on readers' "autonomous" reading and that "learning-oriented" librarians should read Chinese and foreign great classics and they should not only love reading but also be good at writing book reviews. At the same time he pointed out that a good book review should be objective, interactive and professional.
