摘　　要：目的构建具有良好信效度的中文版《护患语言与社会交往问卷》,用于评估普通科室护士对患者的语言和社会交往能力。方法在原英文版《精神科护患语言和社会交往问卷》基础上,通过与问卷原作者和护理专家一起讨论、修订,经过翻译、回译、预实验检测,形成初步问卷。正式调查424名临床护士,行探索性因子分析及信效度检验。结果中文版《护患语言与社会交往问卷》为4个维度31个条目,内容效度为0.943,4个维度共解释63.267%的总变异;问卷的内在一致性信度Cronbach′sα系数为0.948,重测信度r为0.859。结论中文版《护患语言与社会交往问卷》具有良好的信效度,可以用于评估普通科室护士对患者的语言和社会交往能力。Objective To validate the Chinese version of the verbal and social interaction questionnaire（VSI）,and to provide assessment tool for evaluating general ward nurses′skills of verbal and social interactions with their patients.Methods Translation,backtranslation and pilot test,as well as discussion with the creator and experts,were employed to revise and develop the Chinese version of VSI,then 424 clinical nurses completed the questionnaire to test the reliability and validity.Results The Chinese version of VSI consisted of 4 dimensions and 31 items,accounting for 63.267% of the total variance in exploratory factor analysis.The content validity index was 0.943,Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.948 and test-retest reliability was 0.859.Conclusion The Chinese version of VSI is valid and reliable for assessing general ward nurses′verbal and social interactions with their patients.
