摘　　要：作为一种百不获一的体育文化资源,凤舟竞渡在龙舟文化发展的主流趋势下被时代所遗忘,在民族文化复兴的历史背景下,重拾与领略这一竞渡形态的文化意蕴,再现与开发凤舟竞渡的体育价值显得尤为必要。用文献资调研、实地考察、访谈与逻辑分析等方法,从事物起源的逻辑起点开始追溯,论述了"鸟舟"到"凤舟"的嬗变历程;从"3种文化语境"对目前分布在我国不同地区的凤舟进行梳理,从"4个方面"对开展凤舟竞渡的体育文化价值进行阐释,认为当前凤舟竞渡发展正经历着从民俗传承需要到多元路径助推,从经验图式维系到多重因素桎梏的驱动力与阻滞力;凤舟竞渡的保护与开发要选择"政府与社会双向主导"的制度模式,强化在民俗节庆中的文化根基与地方认同,确保现代化转型的文化空间与文化自觉以及通过扩大赛事的品牌效应与媒体推介力度,最大程度上为凤舟竞渡的现代发展与研究提供理论参考。As a kind of sports culture resources, phoenix-boat racing is obviously forgotten by the times under the main trend of the development of dragon boat culture. It is particularly necessary to recreate and develop the sports value of phoenix-boat racing, and to regain and appreciate the cultural connotation of this racing form in the historical context of national culture revival. By using the method of literature review, field investigation, interview and logic analysis, this paper begins with the logical starting point of the origin of things, and then discusses the transmutation of ＂Bird Boat＂ to ＂phoenixboat＂, from three cultural contexts, sort out the phoenix boat currently distributed in different regions of our country, and explain the sports culture value of the phoenix boat competition in four aspects;meanwhile, point out the driving force and retarding force that the development of the phoenix-boat racing, finally give four aspects opinion that to protection and heritage of the boat race, this research tends to provide a theoretical reference for the modern research and development of phoenix boat racesmaximally.
