摘 要:提出了CPS短路分断技术新方案,即在短路故障早期检测的基础上,采用带有快速电磁斥力机构,以桥式双断点触头系统接触器结构为本体的分相CPS的思路,将断路器、接触器、热继电器的控制与保护功能与结构都集成于一体。为了验证CPS短路分断技术的可行性,进行了触头系统电动力、电磁系统剩磁吸力以及不同短路电流、不同电容容量作用下触头运动参数的仿真计算分析,最后将试验样机进行短路分断试验测试。仿真及试验表明,CPS不仅短路分断能力强,而且限流特性也很好。A new idea of short circuit breaking technology for CPS was proposed,that is,the model of splitphase control and protection integrated switching is based on the double-break and bridge contact structure system as the main body with fast electromagnetic repulsion mechanism in the short circuit fault early detection. The control and protection function and structure of circuit breakers,contactors and thermal relays are integrated in one using this scheme. In order to validate the feasibility of CPS short circuit breaking technology,the electro-dynamic repulsion force of contact system and residual magnetism of electromagnetic system are simulated and calculated,the contact system motion parameters with different short circuit current and different capacitance capacity are simulated and calculated also. Finally,the breaking characteristic of the experimental prototype was tested. The simulation and test show that CPS not only has strong short circuit breaking capacity,but also has good current limiting characteristic.
