甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖片治疗的效果。方法:收治磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者200例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用门冬胰岛素30治疗,观察组采用甘精胰岛素+阿卡波糖片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗3个月后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药3个月期间,观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者,甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合疗效显著,能平稳降低患者血糖水平。Objective：To explore the effect of insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablet in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with secondary sulfonylurea failure.Methods：200 patients with type 2 diabetes and secondary sulfonylurea failure were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with insulin aspart 30.The observation group was treated with insulin glargine plus acarbose tablet.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group compared with the control group（P〉0.05）.During the 3 months of drug use,the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablet in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with secondary sulfonylurea failure was significant.It can reduce the blood sugar level of the patient smoothly.
