尼可地尔敏感性钾通道在缺血性心脏病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨尼可地尔治疗缺血性心脏病的临床效果。方法:收治缺血性心脏病患者50例,采用尼可地尔治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治愈33例,显效10例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率96%;2例患者由于动脉粥样硬化严重,短期治疗无效,延长治疗周期后,症状得到有效控制。结论:结合心电图检查对缺血性心脏病患者使用尼可地尔治疗,能有效控制症状,提高临床治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of nicorandil in the treatment of ischemic heart disease.Methods：50 patients with ischemic heart disease were selected.They were treated with nicorandil.We observed the effect of treatment.Results：32 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 2 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 96%.The short-term treatment of 2 cases was ineffective due to severe atherosclerosis,and the symptoms were effectively controlled after the prolonged treatment cycle.Conclusion：According to ECG,the application of nicorandil in the treatment of ischemic heart disease can effectively control symptoms and improve the clinical treatment effect.
