通心络胶囊在应用于心脑血管相关性疾病治疗中的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨通心络胶囊治疗心脑血管相关性疾病的临床效果。方法:收治心脑血管疾病患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用银杏叶治疗,观察组采用通心络胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块大小治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊治疗心脑血管相关性疾病的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Tong Xin Luo capsule in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods：100 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with ginkgo leaf,and the observation group was treated with Tong Xin Luo capsule.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein in the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between groups of the medial thickness of the medial membrane（IMT） and the size of plaque before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Tong Xin Luo capsule in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was significant.
