感冒后咳嗽经小柴胡汤加味治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究感冒后咳嗽经小柴胡汤加味治疗的疗效。方法:收治感冒患者110例,随机平分两组。对照组予常规西药治疗,试验组予小柴胡汤加味治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床总有效率达92.72%,生活量表(QOL)评分更高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将小柴胡汤加味应用于感冒后咳嗽患者中,可获取显著疗效。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of minor bupleurum decoction with additional ingredients in the treatment of cough after a cold.Methods：90 patients with cold were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with minor bupleurum decoction.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.72% higher than that of the control group.The QOL scores was higher in the experimental group of（50.02 ± 2.01）scores and（51.07±3.04）scores（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The minor bupleurum decoction with additional ingredients application in patients can obtain significant effect.
