摘　　要：目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)检测在老年人肺结核患者中的应用价值。方法:收治结核病老年患者110例,分为阳性组、阴性组。选择30例健康体检人群作为对照组。比较治疗前后3组PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6含量。结果:治疗后,阳性组PCT含量与阴性组和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阳性组治疗后hs-CRP和IL-6含量均显著高于阴性组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴性组与对照组PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCT、hs-CRP、IL-6检测可为肺结核老年患者的诊断及判断疾病严重程度提供较准确的信息,hs-CRP和IL-6诊断能较有效地评估患者病情严重程度,并能较好地判定患者病情的预后情况。Objective：To explore the application value of serum procalcitonin（PCT）,hypersensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP）and interleukin 6（IL-6） in the detection of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：110 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups,and 30 cases of healthy crowd were selected as the control group.The levels of PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 in three groups before treatment and after treatment were compared.Results：After treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of PCT between the positive group and the negative group and the control group（P〉0.05）.The levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group and the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the levels of PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 between the negative group and the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：PCT,hs-CRP and IL-6 could provide more accurate information for the diagnosis and judgment of the severity of the disease in the elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.The diagnosis of hs-CRP and IL-6 ccould evaluate the severity of the patient’s condition more effectively,and could determine the prognosis of the patient’s condition better.
