摘　　要：目的:探讨密闭式回血在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法:收治血液透析患者80例,分为两组。对照组给予单程密闭式回血,观察组给予全程密闭式回血,观察两组应用效果。结果:两组回血时间、回水量、血液残留比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组空气栓塞、感染率、内瘘并发症优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程密闭式回血能提高血液透析工作效率及血液透析质量。Objective：To explore the application effect of hermetic blood recovery for patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods：80 cases of patients with hemodialysis were divided into two groups.The control group was given one-way hermetic blood recovery,and the observation group was given full hermetic blood recovery,the application effect of the two groups was observed.Results：There was no significant difference in blood return time,return volume and blood residue between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The air embolism,infection rate and internal fistula complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The full hermetic blood recovery could improve the effect of hemodialysis and the quality of hemodialysis.
