摘　　要：目的:探讨社区高血压细节管理对患者的脑卒中发生率的影响。方法:收治高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用慢性基础日常管理,研究组采用高血压细节管理,比较两组管理效果。结果:研究组的平均高血压优化管理、收缩压、舒张压、脉压和脑卒中发生率均显著优于对照组。结论:社区高血压细节化管理可以有效降低患者血压水平和脑卒中发生率。Objective：To explore the effect of detail management of hypertension in community on the incidence of cerebral apoplexy.Methods：100 patients with hypertension were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given chronic basic management,and the study group was given detail management of hypertension.We compared the management effect of the two groups.Results：In the study group,the average management of high blood pressure,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pulse pressure and stroke incidence were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion：The detailed management of hypertension in the community can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure and reduce the incidence of stroke.
