摘 要:叶轮是丙烯压缩机的关键零件。对25Cr2Ni3Mo钢叶轮进行了真空热处理:将叶轮在真空度为1.33×10^(-2)~1.33×10^(-3)Pa的真空炉中加热至830~870℃,保温后分别进行油冷和以5×10^(-5)Pa压力的氮气冷却,随后于610℃回火。热处理后,检测叶轮的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,经油淬和气淬并高温回火的叶轮的力学性能基本相同,显微组织也均以回火索氏体为主。经真空热处理的叶轮表面质量优于经普通热处理的叶轮表面质量。Impeller is a key part of compressor used for propene. The 25 Cr2 Ni3 Mo steel impellers were subjected to vacuum heat treatment consisting of heating in a vacuum furnace where air pressure was 1.33 × 10^(-2) to 1.33 ×10^(-3) Pa to 830 to 870 ℃, holding, followed by quenching in oil and in nitrogen with pressure of 5 × 10 ^(-5) Pa respectively, and then tempered at 610 ℃. After the heat treating, the impellers were subjected to mechanical property measurements and to microstructure survey. The results indicated that the oil-quenched impeller was similar in mechanical properties to the gas-quenched impeller after the high temperature tempering, and that their microstructures were all predominantly tempered sorbite. The impeller subjected to vacuum heat treating was superior to one subjected to conventional heat treating in surface quality.
