摘  要:对柴油机球墨铸铁曲轴和合金铸铁导套采用氨气、二氧化碳和氮气的混合气体在570℃氮碳共渗4~5 h。测定了经过和未经过氮碳共渗处理的曲轴的疲劳性能和导套的耐磨性能。结果表明:经氮碳共渗的曲轴的疲劳强度较未经氮碳共渗的曲轴高46%;经500 h的耐久试验后,经过氮碳共渗的导套的最大磨损量仅为0.01 mm,其耐磨性与未经氮碳共渗的导套相比有了明显的提高。Nodular iron crankshafts and alloy cast iron guide bushings used for diesel engine were gas nitrocarburized at 570 ℃ for 4 to 5 h in an atmosphere consisting of ammonia, carbon oxide and nitrogen. Fatigue strength of the crankshaft and wear resistance of the guide bushing were measured before and after they were gas nitrocarburized. The results indicated that the fatigue strength of the crankshafts nitrocarburized was 46% higher than those not nitrocarburized, and that after endurance test for 500 h the guide bushings nitrocarburized exhibited wear loss as little as 0. 01 mm, their wear resistance was appreciably better than those not nitrocarburized.
