摘 要:石油装备中的OU型单臂吊环,材料为20SiMn2MoVE钢,淬火和低温回火后发现其方头内侧有裂纹。对开裂的吊环进行了化学成分分析和金相检验,以揭示其开裂产生的原因。分析结果表明,吊环开裂是由于原材料中的脆性夹杂物和终锻温度偏低所造成的。改进冷、热加工工艺后,吊环开裂问题已经解决。OU type single-arm shackle used in petroleum equipment, made of 20SiMn2MoVE steel, was found crack present in its square end inside after hardening and low temperature tempering. The cracked shackle was subjected to chemical composition analysis and metallographic testing to discover the cause of the shackle cracking.From the analysis and testing it was seen that shackle cracking stemmed from brittle inclusion present in the raw material and lower finish forging temperature. The problem of the shackle cracking has been removed by an improvement in the cold-working and hot-working processes.
