局部皮瓣在面部创面美容修复中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析局部皮瓣在面部创面美容修复的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的30例进行面部创面美容修复与功能重建患者为研究对象,根据患者的创面的形状和部位进行局部皮瓣治疗,修复缺损部位,辅助切口需要顺应皮肤的皱纹,提高美观度,观察记录患者的重建结果。结果 30例面部创面美容修复与功能重建患者,取局部皮瓣30例,1例患者皮瓣发生尖端坏死,30例患者皮瓣均成活,随访12个月后发现,1例患者发生切口瘢痕发生,但邻近的器官功能并未受到影响,29例患者的面部外形轮廓及面部视觉效果均理想,周围皮肤与修复处皮肤的色泽及轮廓匹配良好,患者满意度较高。结论局部皮瓣在面部创面美容修复与功能重建中的应用效果理想,不会对患者的面部轮廓造成较大影响,美观度及功能性均良好,具有临床推广的意义。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of local skin flap in cosmetic repair and functional reconstruction of facial wounds. Methods 30 cases of facial wound cosmetic repair and functional reconstruction were selected as the subjects. Local skin flap was used to repair the wound surface and repair the defect site according to the shape and location of the wound. The auxiliary incision needs to conform to the skin wrinkles, improve the beauty and observe the reconstruction results of the patients. Results 30 cases of facial wound cosmetic repair and functional reconstruction, 30 cases of local flap, 1 cases of skin flap necrosis and 30 cases of skin flaps survived. After 12 months of follow-up, 1 cases of incision scar occurred, but the adjacent organ function was not affected, 29 patients face contour and face. The visual effect of the Department is ideal, and the surrounding skin is well matched with the color and contour of the skin of the repair site, and the patients＇ satisfaction is high. Conclusion the application of local skin flap in facial wound cosmetic repair and functional reconstruction is ideal, and it will not affect the facial contour of the patients greatly, and the beauty and function are good, which has the significance of clinical popularization.
