美容缝合技术在口腔颌面外伤中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨美容缝合技术在口腔颌面外伤中的应用价值。方法在医院整形美容科2015年10月至2017年10月期间诊治的口腔颌面外伤患者中选取90例作研究对象,并按照治疗方案不同予以分组:对照组(n=45)采取常规缝合技术,研究组(n=45)则采取美容缝合技术,就2组患者对外伤缝合的满意度、并发症发生率以及术后瘢痕长度进行统计学分析。结果 (1)研究组患者术后并发症发生率是2.22%,与对照组患者术后并发症发生率17.78%相比较低(P<0.05);(2)研究组患者平均术后瘢痕长度是(1.38±0.29)cm,短于对照组患者平均术后瘢痕长度(1.59±0.32)cm(P<0.05);(3)研究组患者对口腔颌面创伤缝合结果满意度是95.56%,与对照组口腔颌面创伤缝合结果满意度80.00%相比较高(P<0.05)。结论美容缝合技术在口腔颌面外伤中的应用价值显著,可有效减少患者术后感染、伤口崩裂等并发症,并缩短其术后疤痕长度,提高患者对外伤缝合结果的满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the application value of cosmetic suture technology in oral and maxillofacial trauma.Methods 90 cases of oral and maxillofacial trauma were selected in the hospital plastic and cosmetic department from October 2015 to October 2017, and 90 cases were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment schemes： the control group（n=45） took the conventional suture technique, and the study group（n=45） took the cosmetic suture technique, and the 2 groups of patients were sutured to the trauma. The degree of satisfaction, complication rate and postoperative scar length were statistically analyzed. Results（1） The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.22%, which was lower than that in the control group＇17.78%（P〈0.05）;（2） The average scar length in the study group was（1.38±0.29） cm, shorter than that in the control group after the average scar length（1.59±0.32） cm.（P〈0.05）;（3） The satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group to oral and maxillofacial trauma suture is 95.56%, which is higher than that of the control group with 80% of the oral and maxillofacial trauma suture results.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the application of beauty and suture in oral and maxillofacial trauma is of great value. It can reduce the complications such as postoperative infection and fracture, shorten the length of the scar and improve the satisfaction of the patients with the results of trauma suture. It is worth reference.
