超分子水杨酸治疗玫瑰痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究仅用超分子水杨酸治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型和/或丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法选择24例符合入选标准的红斑毛细血管扩张型和/或丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮,采用30%超分子水杨酸治疗每两周一次,共4次,治疗期间及治疗后3个月采用2%超分子水杨酸维持治疗,观察其治疗前后丘疹脓疱个数、红斑及毛细血管评分以及患者自我评分、复发情况及不良反应。结果 24例患者治疗前后疹脓疱个数、红斑及毛细血管评分以及患者自我评分差异均有统计学意义,痊愈4例,显效15例,好转4例,无效1例,有效率为:79.17%。2例患者随访期间复发,均无明显不良反应。结论单用超分子水杨酸治疗玫瑰痤疮安全有效,特别对于不能使用系统治疗的患者可以作为一种有效的选择。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using supramolecular salicylic acid alone in patients of rosacea. Methods 24 patients of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea and/or papulopustular rosacea were selected,using 30% supramolecular salicylic acid to treated every two weeks for 4 times,and 2% supramolecular salicylic acid to maintain treatment during the treatment time and the 3 months follow-up period. The numbers of papules and pustules,the erythema vasodilation scores and patient self-scores were observed before and after treatment. Results The numbers of papules and pustules,the erythema vasodilation scores and patient self-scores were significantly different before and after treatment. In 24 cases,4 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,4 cases were improved and 1 case were ineffective,and the effective rates was 79.17%. 2 patients relapsed during the follow-up period. The adverse reaction was not observed in any patient. Conclusion Our study indicates the effectiveness and safe of treating rosacea with supramolecular salicylic acid alone. Especially for the patients who can not taking oral treatment,it would be an effective and safety method.
