摘　　要：科学技术蓬勃发展的今天,信息技术、计算机技术及互联网技术应用水平有很大程度的提升,而传统形式的信息管理与信息系统已不能满足电子商务运行实际需求。此种情况下,积极推进信息管理与信息系统建设是非常必要的。笔者将着重分析电子商务背景下信息体系,进而探讨电子商务时代强化信息管理与信息系统建设的对策。With the rapid development of science and technology, the application level of information technology, computer technology and Internet technology has been greatly improved, and the traditional form of information management and information system can not meet the actual needs of the operation of electronic commerce. Under such circumstances, it is very necessary to actively promote information management and information system construction. The author will focus on the analysis of the information system under the background of e-commerce, and then explore the countermeasures to strengthen information management and information system construction in the era of e-commerce.
