摘 要:[目的]筛选对大斑病抗病能力强的玉米种质材料。[方法]利用田间人工接种鉴定技术方法,对434份国内玉米种质进行了玉米大斑病抗性鉴定与评价。[结果]玉米种质对玉米大斑病的抗性水平较高。高感病种质(HS)占0.5%,感病(S)种质占18.9%,中抗(MR)种质占43.1%,抗病(R)种质占35.7%,高抗(HR)种质占1.8%。鉴定筛选出抗病(高抗-中抗)种质320份,占总数73.7%。[结论]该研究结果为玉米大斑病抗病育种提供了抗性种质和理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to screen out maize germplasms which had strong resistance to maize leaf blight.[Method]The resistance of maize leaf blight of 434 main germplasms was evaluated by using artificial inoculation identification method.[Result]The resistance of the maize germplasms to leaf blight was high level in the field.The highly susceptible germplasms counted for 0.5%; the susceptible germplasms counted for 18.9%; the mid-resistance counted for 43.1%; the resistance counted for 35.7%; the high resistance counted for 1.8%.The 320 germplasms were resistant to leaf blight,accounting for 73.7% of the total.[Conclusion]The result provides resistant germplasms for disease resistance breeding of maize leaf blight.
