摘  要:复合材料结构胶接连接具有高的结构效率并且是减轻结构重量的一种措施。复合材料胶接结构的静载失效机理复杂,因此本文采用更为全面的数字图像相关技术对全场应变分布进行研究。通过对平衡型复合材料单搭接接头进行拉伸失效试验,并采用数字图像技术研究全场应变,采用电阻应变片接触式测量方法进行对比分析,最后系统地研究了拉伸作用下的平衡型复合材料单搭接接头的表面轴向应变分布及厚度截面的剪应变分布。Composite bonded structures has high structural efficiency and is a measure to reduce structural weight. The static failure mechanism of composite adhesive structure is complex. Therefore,a more comprehensive digital image correlation technique is used to study the strain distribution in the whole field. Through the tensile failure test on the balanced composite bonded structures,the full field strain was studied by digital image technology. The resistance strain gauge contact method is used for comparative analysis. The axial strain distribution and the shear strain distribution of the cross section of the balanced composite single lap joint under tension are studied systematically.
