摘　　要：本文结合ICT服务体系的相关理论,着重对新时期的电信网络框架,及其技术的实践进行解析,以达到充分发挥新技术优势,为城市资源开发,提供更高效率引导的目的。The relevant theories of ICT service system, this paper focuses on the analysis of the telecom network framework and the practice of the technology in the new period, in order to make full use of the advantages of the new technology and to provide more efficient guidance for the development of urban resources.
