摘  要:为了进行低压电器中低压成套开关设备和控制设备的型式试验,提高检测效率和提升检测平台,提出一种基于单极性SPWM调制方式的低压电器产品检测交流恒流源装置。控制部分采用NXP公司推出的基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的LPC1768微控制器实现SPWM波形的数字化生成算法,有效降低谐波失真,另外采用了模糊PID控制方法,使得交流恒流源的输出稳定性及精确性得到了进一步的提升,并进行现场试验数据的采集、处理,通过网络通讯对检测数据实时传输。实践表明,本设计具有速度快、精度高、实用性强等特点。To do Low-voltage electrical appliances Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear experiments,improve the detection efficiency and enhance detection platform,we propose a AC current source devicesfor low-voltage electrical products detect based on unipolar SPWM modulation. The control unit adopts the NXP compangy's ARM Cortex-M3 core LPC1768 Microcontroller to achieve the SPWM waveform digitization generation algorithm,which can effectively reduce the harmonic distortion. In addition,the design are uses fuzzy-PID control method to improve the stability and accuracy of the AC current source circuit,And keeping the field test data collection, processing,through network communications to detect real-time data transmission. Practice shows that this design has the characteristics of high speed,high precision and strong practicability.
