摘 要:运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法,结合指挥控制系统实战情况,通过对影响其作战效能不确定因素的分析和处理,建立综合量化评估模型。建立了科学的作战效能评价指标体系,将指标的定量测量和定性分析相结合,提出层次分析模糊评判法。先以改进型层次分析法确定权重系数,再通过确定决断集及评判矩阵对模型进行综合模糊评判。结果表明该方法能够很好地解决指控能力评估中存在的不确定性问题。Based on method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,combined with the actual combat command and control systems,through analyzing and dealing with the uncertain factors of operation efficiency,the integrate quantified evaluation model is established. To set up a scientific effectiveness evaluation index, the quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis of the index is combined,the method of AHP-FCE is put forth. At first,improved AHP is used to ensure weighting,then integrate fuzzy evaluation is carried out in model through ensuring the determination unit and evaluation matrix. The result shows that the method can solve the problem of uncertainty exists in assessment well.
