地铁列车蓄电池温度异常的故障案例分析

摘　　要：车载蓄电池组在地铁列车辅助供电系统中是一个重要设备,它作为列车控制设备和各种应急照明的备用电源,能够保障列车主要控制系统的安全、稳定。列车主供电系统故障时蓄电池可提供四十五分钟的紧急负载,包括紧急照明、紧急通风、车载安全设备及广播通讯系统等,并保证列车开关车门一次。文章结合地铁列车运营过程中的实际案例分析地铁列车蓄电池温度异常的事件情况、故障原因及分析、故障处理建议等。地铁列车检修部门平时应做好同类零件的普查工作,及时发现故障零件、及时更换并查明原因,可以给地铁列车检修人员提供技术参考,为地铁的安全运行保驾护航。The on-board battery is an important equipment in the auxiliary power supply system of the subway train. As thetrain control equipment and all kinds of emergency lighting backup power, it can guarantee the safety and stability of the main traincontrol system. The battery can provide 45 minutes of emergency load when the main power supply system fails, including emergencylighting, emergency ventilation, on-board safety equipment and broadcast communication system, and ensure that the train door isclosed once. Based on the actual case of subway train operation, this paper analyzes the events, causes and analysis of the abnormaltemperature of the storage battery of the subway train, as well as the suggestions for the fault treatment and so on. The subway trainmaintenance department should do a good job in the general survey of the similar parts at ordinary times, find out the faulty parts intime, replace and find out the reasons in time, and can provide technical reference for the subway train maintenance personnel, toprotect the subway safe operation.
