摘  要:目的:研究刺人参的化学成分及其抗结肠癌活性。方法:采用各种色谱方法分离纯化刺人参活性部位的化学成分,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。进行抗HCT-116和HT-29细胞增殖测试,研究其抗结肠癌活性。结果:从刺人参中分离并鉴定了11个化合物,其中5个炔醇:falcarinol(1)、falcarindiol(2)、oplopandiol(3)、oplopantriol A(4)、oplopantriol B(5);4个苯丙素:对甲氧基反式肉桂酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)、阿魏酸(8)、芥子酸(9);2个其他成分:(S,E)-nerolidol(10)、蔗糖(11)。刺人参提取物对人结肠癌细胞HCT-116和HT-29细胞的IC50分别为72.4±6.8μg/m L和96.3±7.5μg/m L。结论:其中,化合物1、4~10为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物6和9首次从该属植物中分离得到。炔醇为刺人参抗结肠癌活性成分。Objective : To investigate the chemical constituents and the anti-colorectal cancer activity of Oplopanax elatus. Methods : The compounds from the active fraction were isolated and purified using chromatographic techniques, and identified by spectral data and the physicochemical properties. The extracts from Oplopanax elatus were screened for anti-proliferation on HCT-116 and HT-29 cancer cell lines. Results : Eleven compounds had been purified and identified from the bioactive fractions including five polyynes : falcarinol ( 1 ), falcarindiol ( 2), oplopandiol ( 3 ), oplopantriol A ( 4), oplopantriol B ( 5 ) ; four phenylpropanoids : 4-methoxycinnamic acid ( 6 ), caffeic acid(7) ,ferulic acid(8)and sinapic acid(9) ;the others: (S,E)-nerohdol(10) and sucrose( 11 ). The IC50 of the extract from the air-dried root of Oplopanax elatus on the anti-proliferation of HCT-116 and HT-29 cancer cell lines were 72.4±6. 8 μg/mL and 96. 3± 7.5 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion : Compounds 1,4- 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 6,9 are firstly obtained from Oplopanax genus. Polyynes are responsible for the anti-eolorectal cancer activity of Oplopanax elatus.
