飞龙掌血根的香豆素类成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究飞龙掌血根的香豆素类化学成分。方法:综合运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等色谱方法富集、分离、纯化飞龙掌血中的化学类成分,采用NMR和质谱等波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从飞龙掌血中分离得到15个香豆素类成分,鉴定为:飞龙掌血素(1)、九里香内酯(2)、8-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(3)、柠檬内酯(4)、6-formyllimettin(5)、artanin(6)、飞龙掌血内酯酮(7)、yunngnin B(8)、美花椒内酯(9)、珊瑚菜内酯(10)、cedrecomarin B(11)、6-(3'-氯-2'-羟基-3'-甲丁基)-5,7-二甲基香豆素(12)、飞龙掌血内酯烯酮(13)、别美花椒内酯(14)、飞龙掌血内酯烯醇(15)。结论:其中,化合物8、9、11、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the coumarins from Toddalia asiatica. Methods：The chemical constituents were separated by repeated column chromatography, such as silica gel, sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC. On the basis of spectral data analysis, their structures were elucidated. Results ：The isolated 11 compounds were elucidated as toddaculine（ 1 ）, coumurrayin（2）, 8-（ 3,3-dim- ethylallyl） -6,7-dimethoxycoumarin （ 3 ）, limettin （4）, 6-formyllimettin （ 5 ）, artanin （ 6）, toddanone （ 7 ）, yunngnin B （ 8 ）, xanthoxyletin （ 9）, phellopterin （ 10 ）, cedrecomarin B （ 11 ）, 6-（ 3＇,ehloro-2＇-hydroxy-3＇-methylbutyl ） -5,7-dimethoxy eoumarin （ 12 ）, toddalenone （ 13 ） , alloxanthoxyletin （ 14）, toddalenol （ 15 ）. Conclusion ： Compounds 8,9,11,14, are isolated from the Toddalia genus for the first time, compound 4 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
