摘　　要：我国经济特区成立近40年来,在不断变化的国际和国内经济社会形势中,不断调整完善相关政策和措施,取得了巨大的成就,在经济、体制、管理等方面形成了许多宝贵的经验。其中,关税优惠政策的确立、演变和成熟,较为突出地展现了经济特区的独特发展历程;由此带来的经济快速发展、与国际经济交流的变化等,为改革开放的深入发展提供了可资借鉴的做法和经验,也为合理理解经济特区在改革开放中的地位和作用提供了一种独特的视角。In the nearly 40 years since the establishment of China＇s special economic zones, we have constantly adjusted and improved relevant policies and measures in the ever-changing international and domestic economic and social situations. We have achieved tremendous successes and formed many valuable experience in economics, systems, and management. Among them, the establishment, evolution, and maturity of tariff preferential policies have highlighted the unique development history of special economic zones; the resulting rapid economic development and changes in international economic exchanges have provided measures and experience for the in-depth development of reform and opening up, and also provided a unique perspective for a reasonable understanding of the status and role of special economic zones in reform and opening up.
