摘 要:目的:研究广西毛冬青根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、ODS、高压快速制备色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等色谱方法分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据对所得化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从广西毛冬青根中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为:butyl isolignstroside(1)、liguside B(2)、isoligustroside(3)、oleonuezhenide(4)、(2″R)-2″-methoxyoleuropein(5)、(2″S)-2″-methoxyoleuropein(6)、jasurolignoside(7)、oleuropein-3″-methyl ether(8)、异麦角甾苷(9)、vanillyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)、hebeoside(11)、橄榄树脂素(12)、pinnatifidanin BⅡ(13)、sinapic aldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14)、torenoside B(15)、小蜡苷Ⅰ(16)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、5~9、11、13、15和16为首次从该属植物分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from Ilex pubescens var. kwangsiensis roots. Methods: All the compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,medium pressure column chromatography,high pressure flash chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: 16 compounds were isolated and identified as butyl isolignstroside(1),liguside B(2),isoligustroside(3),oleonuezhenide(4),(2″R)-2″-methoxyoleuropein(5),(2″S)-2″-methoxyoleuropein(6),jasurolignoside(7),oleuropein-3″-methyl ether(8),isoacteoside(9),vanillyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),hebeoside(11),(-)-olivil(12),pinnatifidanin B Ⅱ(13),sinapic aldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),torenoside B(15) and sinenoside I(16). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 3,5 ~ 9,11,13,15 and 16 are obtained from this genus for the first time,and all the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
