摘　　要：目的:研究松叶西风芹根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从松叶西风芹根中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:falcarindiol(1)、falcarinol(2)、(8E)-heptadeca-1,8-dien-4,6-diyn-3,10-dinol(3)、1-亚油酸甘油酯(4)、香苷内酯(5)、花椒毒素(6)、magnolioside(7)、异东莨菪素-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、硬脂酸(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论:其中,化合物2~4、6~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Seseli yunnanense. Methods： The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical evidence. Results： Eleven compounds were isolated from 90% ethanol extracts and identified as falcarindiol（1）,falcarinol（2）,（8 E）-heptadeca-1,8-dien-4,6-diyn-3,10-dinol（3）,glycerol monolinoleate（4）,bergaten（5）,xanthotoxin（6）,magnolioside（7）,isoscopletin-α-L-arabinosyl-（1 → 6）-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（8）,stearic acid（9）,daucosterol（10） and β-sitosterol（11）. Conclusion： Compounds 2 ~ 4,6 ~ 8 are isolated from Seseli yunnanense for the first time.
