摘 要:目的:研究篦子三尖杉枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、MCI和Sephadex LH-20及半制备高效液相色谱等色谱分离方法对其乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,运用MS、NMR等波谱分析方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从篦子三尖杉枝叶中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:sugiol(1)、junipediol A(2)、(+)-儿茶素(3)、(-)-表儿茶素(4)、(+)-异落叶松脂素-9'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、seco-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)和icariside E3(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物3~7为首次从三尖杉属植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the twigs and leaves of the endangered plant Cephalotaxus oliveri. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR spectroscopic analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the twigs and leaves of Cephalotaxus oliveri,and identified as sugiol(1),junipediol A(2),(+)-catechin(3),(-)-epicatechin(4),(+)-isolariciresinol-9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),seco-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6) and icariside E3(7). Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 3 ~ 7 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
