摘 要:目前军用电子产品环境应力筛选效率低,且经过筛选的产品在外场试验过程中仍有故障发生,有必要讨论对军用电子产品进行高加速应力筛选问题。首先介绍了高加速应力筛选的作用机理,然后对GJB 1032《电子产品环境应力筛选方法》和GB/T 32466《电工电子产品加速应力试验规程高加速应力筛选导则》进行了对比分析,并提出了对军用电子产品进行高加速应力筛选建议。The efficiency of environmental stress screening for military electronic products is low at present.Military electronic products fail sometimes even after environmental stress screening.The problem of highly accelerated stress screening process for military electronic products is researched.First,the effecting mechanism of highly accelerated stress screening is introduced.Second,a comparison is performed between GJB 1032《Environmental Stress Screening Process for Electronic Products》and GB/T 32466《Accelerated Testing Procedures for Electronic and Electronic Products—guidance for Highly Accelerated Stress Screen》.Finally,the application suggestion of highly accelerated stress screening for military electronic products is provided.
