进城创业经济会衰亡吗?——丰丹《欧洲商贩史》的启示

摘　　要：《欧洲商贩史》描述了欧洲商贩的阶段性发展过程,并着重探究了其走向衰亡的影响因素。本研究受其启发,从内外两个维度出发分析我国城镇市场经济中进城创业经济活动所面临的风险和机遇。外在因素方面,进城创业经济的发展受到城镇居民需求的支配,而制度设置或阻滞或促动进城创业经济的发展,相对城镇居民的先赋性优势来说,进城创业者的自致性优势使其处于难以被替代的位置;在内在因素方面,进城创业者的自主性和能动性,促使他们实现进城摊贩、个体工商户、私营企业主的类型化发展,并逐渐转型和升级。在内外因素的作用下,进城创业经济将继续繁盛,并走向一种资本和新观点结合的经济发展之路。History of Peddlers in Europe describes the development of European peddlers in stages and analyzes elements that cause their declining. Enlightened by this book and associating with China, this paper analyzes, from both interior and exterior dimensions,the risks and opportunities migrant workers' entrepreneurial activities may face in the backdrop of the urban market economy. Exteriorly, the development of the migrant workers' entrepreneurial economy is subject to urban citizens' demand and may be retarded or stimulated by institutional establishment. In addition, relative to urban citizens' ascribed advantages, migrant entrepreneurs' self-inducedadvantages give the economy a position that is not easily replaced. Interiorly, the initiatives and self-dependence of migrant entrepreneurs will upgrade themselves from peddlers, to small private business owners, to large proprietors. Affected by both the interior and exterior factors, this economy will continue to prosper and embark on the development road of combining capital and new concepts. In the everyday economic practice, China should, considering the structural and situational elements, learn to encourage and support the economy and integrate it into the process of urbanization.
