摘  要:高校科研团队在科学研究方面为祖国的发展壮大做出了突出的贡献。但是不少高校科研团队因愿景使命理念缺失,人力资本观念淡薄,团队管理经验不足等原因出现系列问题。结合领导科学、非营利组织管理和人力资本管理等理论,提出对团队的隐性人力资本应重视地位激励,规范产权激励和强化文化激励等具体的措施建议。Scientific research team in university has made outstanding contribution to the development and growth of motherland in the science and research respect. However, the phenomena are common in university, such as the lack of vision mission, less consciousness of human capital and insufficient experience of team management, which cause a series of problems.Combining leadership science, non-profit organization management with human capital management theory, it is proposed that great attention should be paid to position incentive for the hidden human capital of team and the norms of property right incentive should be established and the strengthening of cultural incentive should be realized.
