体外高频热疗、音频电疗联合中药灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨体外高频热疗、音频电疗联合中药煎剂保留灌肠在治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕中的临床效果。方法:选择经子宫输卵管碘油造影术(hysterosalpingography,HSG)确诊为输卵管阻塞性不孕者172例,随机分为对照组(82例)与观察组(90例)。对照组进行宫腔镜输卵管插管术治疗;观察组在插管术基础上给予体外高频热疗、音频电疗联合中药灌肠治疗;3个疗程后行HSG,并追踪随访2a,评价各组疗效。结果:总有效率、妊娠率二组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组明显高于对照组。结论:体外高频热疗、音频电疗联合中药保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞不孕具有较好的临床效果。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effects of infertility oviduct obstruction with vitro high frequency heat-therapy and acoustic frequency current combined Chinese herb retention-enema. Methods： 172 Cases infertility oviduct obstruction were diagnosed by Hysterosalpingography（ HSG）,they were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 82） and the observation group（ n = 90）.The control group were given oviduct intubation by Laparoscopic.The observation group were given vitro high frequency heat-therapy and acoustic frequency current combined Chinese herb retention-enema on basis of oviduct intubation.After three courses of treatments,HSG was operated and followed-up two years.The effects were evaluated. Results： The observation group were superior to the control group at the total effective and pregnancy rate after the treatment,the difference was significant（ both P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Vitro high frequency heat-therapy and acoustic frequency current combined Chinese herb retention-enema have a significant clinical effect in treatment of infertility oviduct obstruction.
