动态区间标度下的群组序关系评价法及其应用

摘　　要：传统的区间标度群组序关系评价法在求解静态综合评价问题时具有简便、直观、易计算的特点,但对于求解动态综合评价问题尤其是对于属性权重不确定的情形还具有一定的不适应性。鉴于此,对上述问题进行了研究,提出了一种新的动态区间标度下的群组序关系评价法。通过实例表明该方法计算简便、思路清晰、应用范围更广且更贴近实际。The traditional interval scales rank correlation analysis group evaluation method is simple,intuitive,and easy calculation to solve static comprehensive evaluation problems,but for solving dynamic comprehensive evaluation,especially the attribute weights uncertainty,it also has certain non-adaptive. Therefore,the paper extends to study the problem and develop a new dynamic interval scales rank correlation analysis group evaluation method. An example shows that the method proposed is easy,clear and wider range of applications closer to reality.
