摘  要:为探讨微生物菌剂喷施对烤烟生长发育及产质量的影响,2017年在湖南长沙开展了不同用量的含EM菌微生物菌剂喷施试验。结果表明:含EM菌微生物菌剂有利于促进烤烟生长发育,提高产量和改善烟叶的品质。打顶以后7 d的最大叶叶面积和净光合速率分别比对照高7.85%~7.91%和0.01~0.14μmol CO_2/m^2·s;烟叶主要经济效果指数高2.19%~3.64%,B2F和C3F烟叶主要化学成分指标可用性指数分别高3.26%~4.66%和1.96%~3.18%。叶施15~22.5 kg/hm^2含EM菌微生物菌剂有利于烤烟生产。In order to investigate the effect of microbial agent spraying on the growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,an experiment with different dosage of EM microorganism microbial agent was carried out in Changsha,Hunan province in 2017. The result showed that The microorganism containing EM promoted the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,increased yield,and improve quality of tobacco leaves. The maximum leaf area and net photosynthetic rate of 7 d after topping were 7. 85% 7. 91% and 0. 01 0. 14μmol CO2/m2·s higher than that of the control respectively; The main economic effect index of the tobacco leaves is 2. 19% 3. 64% higher than that of CK; the main chemical component usability index( CCUI) of B2F and C3F were 3. 26% 4. 66% and 1. 96% 3. 18% more than that of the contrast. Foliar-spraying EM microorganism agent with 15 22. 5 kg/hm2 applied rate is beneficial to the production of flue-cured tobacco.
