摘　　要：温泉水利枢纽土石方开挖及填筑量较大,工程区堆渣区域有限,做好土石方平衡规划工作对节省工程投资有重要意义。在土石方平衡规划中,根据工程特点及建筑物填筑部位需求,仔细研究工程中所有可以利用的开挖料来源及走向,做到合理规划,运距最短,土石方利用率最高为目的。It is very important to save engineering investment in the work of balance planning of soil and stone. In conditions balance planning,according to the engineering features and building filling site requirements material source available in the engineering excavation and direction are studied to do reasonable planning,shorten distance and to achieve the highest utilization rate of conditions for the purpose.
