摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、特尔菲法、层次分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在深入分析我国中小城市体育场馆建设规模标准面临的现实问题和影响因素的基础上,构建了由4个一级指标、12个二级指标和一个动态指标构成的中小城市体育场馆建设规模可量化的指标体系,并通过第六次全国体育场地普查数据和国家统计数据的实证研究,进一步确立了中小城市体育场馆建设规模的参考指标,为未来中小城市体育场馆建设提供了理论依据和决策参考。Through literature study,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy and logic analysis,the paper investigated the problems and influencing factors of the scale of sports stadium construction in small-medium cities in China.A quantifiable indicator system of small-medium cities scale＇s sports venues which consisted of four first grade indexes,twelve secondary indexes and one dynamic indicator was built.Through the Sixth National Sports Site Survey and empirical calculation of national statistical data,the paper further established the reference index of small-medium cities scale＇s sports venues in order to provid theoretical basis and decision-making reference.
