摘  要:针对矿用PLCM1000型轮式破碎机经常出现的问题,拟采用两种结构优化方案。第一,进料时先筛选后破碎,优化后的倾斜筛网被安装在导料槽之上,倾斜筛网纵向筛条宽度150 mm,无横向筛条,筛网倾角为40°;第二,将破碎锤刀与锤座之间的固定连接改为销轴活动铰接。通过理论计算可知,采用销轴铰接,较之前的锤刀与锤座刚性连结结构,锤刀与锤座之间的冲击力减小。Aiming at the problems of PLCM1000 wheel crusher, two structural optimization schemes are proposed.First,when feeding, the inclined screen is selected and then broken, the optimized inclined screen is installed on the guide slot, the width of the inclined screen is 150 mm, there is no transverse sieve, and the angle of inclination of the screen is 40 °; second,changing the fixed connection between the broken hammer knife and the hammer seat to pin shaft movable hinge.The theoretical calculation shows that the impact force between the hammer knife and the hammer seat is reduced when the pin shaft is hinged compared with the rigid connection structure between the hammer knife and the hammer seat.
