摘　　要：基于采煤机工作原理,介绍了几种常见的采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障的诊断方法,包括观察法、资料分析法、振动分析法,从微观、客观两方面分析采煤机摇臂齿轮箱故障的原因,并提出降低其故障的方法。Based on the working principle of shearer, this paper introduces several common fault diagnosis methods of shearer rocker gearbox, including observation method, data analysis method and vibration analysis method.This paper analyzes the causes of the fault of the rocker gearbox of shearer from two aspects, and puts forward the method to reduce the fault.
