居住型历史街区公共空间活力评价体系建构及应用——以苏州大儒巷历史街区为例

摘　　要："生活性"成为历史街区文化遗产价值的重要特征,居住型街区作为历史街区最主要的构成类型,成为历史街区活化保护的焦点。基于公共空间活力营造的视角,结合公众参与的调研问卷,运用模糊评价法与层次分析法,从空间可达性、空间性质、空间质量三方面构建居住型历史街区公共空间活力评价体系,结合苏州大儒巷历史街区展开实证和应用评估,探寻居住型历史街区公共空间活力相关问题及影响因素,提出提升街区活力的优化策略导向。＂Life＂ is an important feature of the cultural heritage value of historic blocks, and the residential block, as the main constituent type of historic blocks, becomes the focal point of the revitalization protection of historic blocks. This paper, based on the perspective of public space dynamic build, combined with the research of public participation in the questionnaire, the fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process（ahp）, from ＂spatial accessibility, spatial properties, space, quality＂ three aspects to build residential type historic district public space dynamic evaluation system, combined with suzhou pundit, lane, and an empirical application evaluation, explore the living type energy related problems and influencing factors of historical block public space, proposed promotes the vigor of block optimization strategy orientation.
